Old Piano Philip: Philip
Offered an old piano. The piano was more than 10 years in the corner and around us is only in your way. It was sometimes used by children and has corresponding signs of wear. It is therefore in need of revision. The piano is heavy as hell and must be picked up locally. It's in the ground floor and must only be carried down a small staircase.
